Ordered pizza at 12: 50pm. Before submitting order it estimated 30-40 mins. After submission 110 -120mins. I was completely okay with this as some of the minor roads in town still have some snow. After 3 hours, I called, it rang for a long time and went to what appears to be an answering service. There called the location who indicated they did not have drivers and they switched my order to carry out. No one notified me, and the only tracker still acted like it was delivered. Voiced my frustration and the person indicated she would issue a refund. I decided to call again to the store to see why they would not have called to notify me. The employee at the store told me that the district manager had left with my pizza for delivery. I told him I didn’t know what to believe because one said I wasn’t getting pizza and the other said was on the way. I indicated that I should not have to put for the pizza after 3 hours and multiple phone calls. I did not yell or raise my voice. The employee simply sighed and hung up me. Now at 4 hours, no pizza, no one to contact to get an honest and straight forward answer. So here I am with flu and a child with croup and no clue I should call or go else where food food.
