Pathetic is the word for the service. There were only 2 staff to serve on a Sunday evening and they were working at snail’s pace. It took 20 mins for the garlic bread to arrive and they were not at all crispy due to which we had to replace it which took another 10 mins.
The pizzas are good but the mocktails contain 50% ice, 30% water and 20% flavor. The service has degraded over the years. It used to be my fav joint few years back but not anymore. I feel the other pizza joints serve better pizzas, garlic breads and the service is also better. Overall, a very disappointing experience at this outlet. I would not b surprised if they need to shut down in the coming years!
