I am writing in the sub section of Pizza Hut Madra as’Mouthshut’ did not accept my entry for Pizza Hut mumbai.
In any case 5 of us ordered from Pizza Hut Borivali yesterday.
We ordered 2 medium size pizza and 2 orders of garlic bread. One of tghe Pizzas were vegeterian and still the Bill came to Rs.950/-
Whats more once the food was delivered the size of these so called’Medium size’ was so small, 3 of us barely had enough to eat.
When we looked in to the menu they had the offer of order one medium sized Pizza and get an order of garlic bread free, but not once while ordering did the tele caller taking our call tell us about this offer. Any other Pizza parlour let you know if they have any running offers when you call to place order.
Whats more when we called back they refused to give us back what they had charged as extra and countered saying we should have asked for the offer when we called.
How in Gods name are we supposed to be aware of what offer they are running now.
I have decided never to go there or order ever from there.
