The manager was very rude when we were asked to pay the Card Processing fees of 2%. When we enquired why is this so, his answer was "Thats the way it is, you can cancel if you want"..no proper answer...In fact, the extra amount was paid by Cash and no mention of it anywhere...my question - Planet Honda is taking money from customers which is unaccounted and in turn not paying the required taxes to the Government. We said, either you add that money to the total amount you swipe or give me a receipt - he did not agree to both and just walked away.
The Billing counter hole is so small and they expect you to be intelligent enough to understand to fold the file and hand it over...if not, you are abused or shown faces...I am not bluffing my dear readers, this happened to my wife who went to make this payment...is this how we need to be treated...
My advice, please avoid planet Honda if possible.
I am taking the issue of not providing a receipt for the extra money taken with the enforcement directorate.
