Recently I bought a Kanzen Golf set from Planet Sports, Kolkata(Forum). Before hitting the ball club head( 3 wood) flown off. On contacting initially they refused to replace the set. On taking up the matter with their head office, Kolkata out let agreed to replace the set. Within 15 days of replacement club head of 5 Wood started rotating along shaft. Again matter was taken up. This time Zonal Manager(East) informed that the particular lot was defective and we will change all woods with fresh lot. But since last 3 months running from pillar to post but neither getting replacement nor any suitable reply.
On 15th July’07 under signed visited Planet Sports shop at Forum. Store Manager asked me to collect fresh woods from their another out let at Abani Heights. When I visited Planet Sports at Abani Heights, Store Manager informed that they don’t have any Kanzen set in their shop and hence it is not possible to replace defective clubs. As I am staying out of Kolkata it is not possible to chase them every day. Then Store Manager taken my address and promised to courier 3 nos woodwithin a week time. Regret to inform that till date neither replacement has arrived nor any information.
Hence my request think twice before buying any thing from Planet Sports Most un trusted organisation dealing with **sub standard materials.
