They are cheater, Planet Spark cheats their customers in different ways. I am the victim of this fraud company. I had taken a course for my son. They offer different types of English speaking online courses and initially they don’t reveal that the course fees will be financed by their landing partner Fibe, they reveal it only after you make the down payment of a certain amount. Once you are trapped they will force you to go for a finance with their landing partner Fibe(Early Salary). They promise that if you don’t like the course you can cancel it any time and the loan against the course also will be cancelled within 7 to 10 days, the cancellation process will not take more than 7to10 working days but they never fulfill their promises. As I have not seen any improvement on my son’s education after attending several months of classes from Planet Spark, I decided to cancel the remaining classes. I have raised a request in the month of September 2022 to cancel the remaining classes for my son through their online portal but now its end of Jan 2023 more than 4 months passed still they have not cancelled my son’s classes and also they have not cancelled my loan with their landing partner Fibe(Early Salary). My son has not attended any classes after 21st of September 2022 but still the Fibe(Early Salary) their landing partner keeps us torturing and forcing us to make the payment every month. Hence I have raised this concern to NCH but Planet Spark is not responding to NCH as well. Now I have raised this concern to the Education Minister of India through Tweeter:
