I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PlanetSpark. This platform lured us in with impressive promises but failed to honor even the most basic commitments after enrollment.
On 19th April 2025, my family and I had a detailed video call with a PlanetSpark representative named Shubhi, who assured us of the following:
A 1-month refund window if the course didnt work for our son.
Recorded session for complete transparency.
Flexible class timings, change of teachers anytime, and no issues with long breaks during the course.
Despite initially asking for time to consider, we were pressured to enroll immediately, and even encouraged to pay via credit card EMI despite financial concerns.
However, after just 5 sessions(including 2 demo classes), we found that the course was completely unsuitable for our son, especially due to the language barrier he couldnt follow English-based instruction.
The real nightmare began after we tried to cancel:
Shubhi stopped responding to calls and messages.
No customer care number was available, only a chatbot and Raise a request corner on their portal.
I raised Ticket #318660 on 5th May 2025, but the support team called back just to say "refund not possible."
They refused to verify the verbal commitments made by Shubhi or check the recording instead, they claimed it was deleted.
This is a clear case of misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and unethical customer handling.
PlanetSpark talks big about flexibility and satisfaction guarantees but when it comes to honoring those words, they completely shut down communication.
I am now escalating this via:
National Consumer Helpline
Consumer Forum(under Consumer Protection Act 2019)
And by sharing this experience on all public platforms to warn other parents.
