I was curious to find about this gardening site.Was disappointed a bit, when it took some time to load!But, I didn’t give up!I waited for the loading to finish, and there I was at plangreen.com!


This is supposed to be a portal for garden ideas and solutions. Plangreen.com is a privately held Bangalore based dotcom service dedicated to garden lovers. It’s management, operations and activities are by individuals who are experienced in the fields of landscape architecture, architecture, horticulture and the arts. They seem to provide real service to gardens along with virtual internet based solutions.


The main page has links to Plant search, Calender, Garden of the month, Newsletter and challenge.Lots of gardening tips! Except the main page, all the other pages are green which makes real sense as being a site for gardening!


At the plant search, you can search a plant by it’s color, height, light, plant type, color of the flowers, soil type, fragrance and foliage type.


You will find interesting matter in the ’Garden ideas’ section.They will help you get the glow back in your garden. They are , Fertilizing, Pesticides and fungicides , Watering, Pruning, Mulching and Pest Control.


You can read about Garden Gadgets , Garden Art, Garden Stuff, Hardscapes, Indoor Plants and Window Gardening.They were very interesting!


Your plants will be at their best when they are grown in the right soil. A few important points, if taken care, will be of good help to your garden. Down to earth information you will find in this section about soil.
