When I joined the firm, a month back, I was taken aback with the functioning of the department. The timings were strict and sometimes we do not get off. So, it got a little difficult to work there. Once. when the manager was on rounds and was evaluation my performance, he realised that I lacked motivation to work. The manager then called me in his room and discussed, if I had any issues. I told him directly the problems that I had, to which he answered that I am on probation, in which I have to be careful, For 6 months, I can only take a day off in a month and I have to complete my working hours. After the 6-month probation over, I will get flexibility in working hour and even the casual leaves will be increased. He made me understand the concept and I am very much thankful that I have such supportive management.
