I bought a yearly subscription for Plaxo-a social network. It boasts of maintaining a online diary with access. After 3-4 months, I started getting spam messages and uncalled for contacts.
Also 1 month has passed and the service has been totally lost. This is the message I get for the past one month. A fatal error has occurred. Please wait a moment and try again.
Contact support@plaxo.com if you continue to see this error."" I contacted their customer care. They kept on dilly-dallying the matter and asked me to remove a few groups. But how can I remove the groups when I am not able to log in at the very first place? So it’s back to the bottom of circle this month.
I have a month more of subscription left. I am not interested in paid features of subscription. So I should be refunded proportionate amount.
I am far better enjoying facebook and linkedin etc. Plaxo has sucked a big cut in my pocket and I only get a lot of spam in there. They have a limit of 1000 contacts. If you want to contact some person of your interest, you can’t because he has the limit full. He sends you to the above two.
Also the firefox window hangs more often in Plaxo than any other program. Plaxo calender is the most useless thing I have ever seen in my life. It hangs for a minute or two on opening and even while entering anything. Google calender is much better.
I don’t understand what is the purpose of taking a paid subscription-just to see the duplicate addresses and remove them?
They can’t even spell my name correctly. "Hello Munuj" instead of "Hello Manuj"
