My bad.. I ordered a gear (140750) from plagroundonline.com... Though the online experience is not all that bad, customer service is not great at all. The support number "91-80-41668139" is as good as non-existent.. The number keep ringing the busy-tone for a while and throws you off the line. You have to really try your luck with this number. Unfortunately, plagroundonline partnered with the sloppiest logistics services in the planet - DTDC. I was told by DTDC that they cannot deliver the product at my convenience (I had requested delivery between 1630-1730 hrs). They were so rude and told me I have to either go pick up from DTDC office or they will return to plagroundonline and I can claim the refund.. Wah! what a service. Its surprising that plagroundonline executives cannot get around this issue.
I have written to plagroundonline customer support on this issue, and they hesitate to respond now. You can see a "TALK TO CEO" link on their website, to which I have forwarded the conversation thread... no response so far. Indeed an unwelcome start. I doubt I ever order at plagroundonline in future.
I would rate my experience with plagroundonline as SUBSTANDARD.
