It is so difficult to get started with trading on Plus500 that it’s not worth the hassle. I wanted to open a trading account with Plus500 and it kept asking for documentation that wasn’t even necessary.
The process is not streamlined and takes a lot of time. Every time I logged in, I got a notification saying the documents were not verified. I cannot even use the funds in my wallet. They are locked in. Even after verifying my credentials, trading on other platforms is much better than here. The trading dashboard on Plus500 is so confusing that you’re prone to make mistakes. For example, they display their heavily leveraged options contracts directly below spot FX. A person without a large risk appetite would not want to get into heavily leveraged trades. Must fix these two problems ASAP!
