Last year, we had been to Podar Jumbo Kids - Jayanagar Branch to check the suitability of admitting our 3 years daughter here. There is a lady who sits at front desk(may be the receptionist thinking herself miss.beauty queen) and was least bothered to handle our queries properly. While we asked her about the school, she was quite busy in speaking to somebody on phone in local language and least bothered to attend us. While we waited patiently till her irrelevant phone call discussion got over, we saw a child crying who was not being attended properly either by the teachers or attendants. Seems quite rude. How can you leave your child with this school when no one cares about your child. The front desk lady kept on shouting on the poor child to keep mum(Are the receptionist eligible to shout at your child in the school for no reason?). Ridiculous! Is this what you are going to pay for? Utter non-sense. Money minded people. They speak on phone very politely to you and when the child gets admitted in their school by paying a hefty fee(much higher compared to other pre-schools), they show their true colours. My child was admitted to Nursery class last year. She kept on informing me that her teacher used to scold her when she just talked in the class and even have slapped my child few times. If this is the culture of this school, it’s better to keep your child at home or admit them to any other school. Quite disappointed with Podar Jumbo Kids - Jayanagar Branch.
