I registered in poker Baazi two weeks back and started playing there amazing freerols and then moved to the cash game tables by making a couple of deposits. I played for a good four days and on the last day tuned my investment of 400 into 2500 by grinding all night on the 5/10 PL Omaha table.
As I was getting a good value my investment , I initiated the withdrawal process only to be on the receiving end of an email from their support team accusing me of chip dumping. My account was blocked immediately and my withdrawal terminated.
I was quite surprised to see this allegation and promptly spoke to their customer care executive to find out the basis of their allegation only to find out that it was their "surveillance" team that had blocked my account as they had investigated my hand history and come to the hilarious conclusion.
I tried to explain to them that I would never dump my chips to another account as I never ever have an intention to do so and I was getting a good value on my investment anyways.
So three days of email exchanges with the customer support resulted in a final response in which they provided me a hand id to back their allegation.
Also, my account was not blocked until I initiated the withdrawal which makes me think that it’s hard for them to digest the fact that a good player can multiply his investment and cash out immediately.
Their RNG is one of the best out there I must say but what’s the use when you are needlessly accused of chip dumping.
I have been online poker on Spartan , khelplay and Poker Saint and never ever have I come across an allegation as brazen and baseless as the one levied by Baazi.
I would advise you to stay away from this site unless such incidents are dealt with and would recommend Poker Saint which not only has a better RNG but immediate 30 second cash out to your bank account.
To everyone out there thinking of becoming a baaziger, please tread with caution .
