Polaris is worst ... please don’t join polaris ... they are idiots ... they give less salary . and they skipped my last 2 months salary when I am leaving out ( accord to company policies they will not pay any salary while ur in notice period and on bench )... they are 2 big idiots from polaris Chennai ... one venkatesh ramasamy (PD) and one more rajesh khannan (VP)... both got self pride ... they only show up .. they give priority and partiality only to Chennai members ... even after getting selected as developer in polaris .. they put me in testing later I said I dnt wanna work for that den they said u shud work for at least support for 6 months later they told they will change the project otherwise u shud leave the company ...
I asked them many times to change my project after 6 months .. but they didnt responded one day suddenly they said u need to leave the company that to morning 6 o clock exactly before 28days I worked I didnt got my salary for that month ... so absurd .. so disgusting ... they wasted my knowledge totally .. they took me as java developer with 3+ years exp , after that they played a game with me for 1 year .. now I again started to learn courses and going to interviews ... worst people present in polaris chennai ..
First they selected me for hyderabad polaris but later after giving offer letter and I resigned from my previous company they said its Chennai location .... people if u r serious with ur career then dnt join dis company .. for Christ’s sake ........ if u just want to earn money or just ur beginning ur career then u can join and change the company later but dnt ask for change of project .. they may throw u on any platform even a beggar or sweeper ...
