I bought a policy online for my car and and they have asked me to download a app to record a video.
I recorded a video as per their instruction and uploaded a video, more than 5 times.
Every time, someone call from their support team and tell me that, the video is not received from their end.
but I have taken a screenshot that, the video is recorded.
this company seriously need to work on improving the support, else, certainly going to face down time.
It is very difficult to build a company with this kind of pathetic service.
My problem is, they wasted few days of my time.thats my biggest concern
