I bought a travel insurance policy through policy bazaar which remained undelivered to me for about 2 weeks post which I decided to follow up with them for it. To my utter disappointment the customer service team was clueless, uninterested and my numerous calls to them kept telling that they were following up with the insurance company (Royal Sundaram in my case) to retrieve the policy.
After a day of follow ups they informed me that the policy hasnt been issued by the Insurance company despite of me confirming the credit card authorization code to them. Then I decided to call the Insurance company directly and guess what in 30 mins I had the policy emailed to me. It took team of so called customer care executives at policybazaar 24 hours to confirm that policy is yet to be issued !!!!
Just super pathetic bunch of losers!!
