Very bad experience with policy bazaar car insurance policy.
They continues call us still we book policy and make payment.but after payment we can’t contact sales person any how.you can only call customer care and they will give you time of 48 hrs every time and in every call person will change.I feel cheated with policy bazaar and they don’t give any proper answer.they also cut many riders and warrantee which we don’t know at the time of booking.but at the time of claim we know that.
Please please please don’t take online policy.It is far better if we spend 500-1000 extra in buying from local agent.
After getting my soft copy I compared its futures with local quotation after that I know about this golmaal.same day I demand for cancellation but they are not agree.
