Policy# OP00148846. Trying to cancel this policy due to wrong info by Policybazaar and they are sleeping over it for more than 2 weeks. Customer service guys - Prince, Puneeth, Pooja and others are simply nonsense. Puneeth transferred my call to his senior who was a lady and she disconnected my call saying "Abe Jaare". Well nothing good can be expected from this cheap company.
They don’t have a customer service no. / contact email where you can talk / your grievances can be heard.
