However, it is better to buy the plan directly from the website of the bank, for multiple reasons.
First, the salespersons insist on getting the payment before document verification, and threaten to’cancel’ the process if some time(even 5 mins) is demanded before payment. Second, the list of’required documents’ get doubled after the payment is complete, and are revealed one by one. If you are unable to provide the documents, they promise a refund in’10-15 days’, plus the refund is not 100%. The opacity of the process makes it difficult to trust the website for purchase.
