Policybazaar is doing fraud transactions from my bank accounts for last one year and I’m totally helpless I cannot stop these transactions so I had only option left to Debit freeze my account.
I never purchased any policy from Policybazaar but still I’m getting multiple emails everyday on different Customer’s name every time also Policybazaar has been deducting a huge amount from my bank account which I recently noticed every month the amount is increasing and I have tried to communicate on Policybazaar’s care customer support but I got no response. I have shared all of my bank statement screenshot and pdf with them as evidence but I get no response from Policybazaar.
Every week I’m getting emails on a different customer’s name that get your health insurance renewed, thank you for your visit and thank you for showing your interest in this policy.
When I called to Policybazaar customer care they asked me for registered email address and phone number but they found no policy related to my phone number and email address
