Worst service

I have taken new car insurance for Royal Sundaram through PolicyBazaar.I have submitted documents and video of my car with engine and chasis number . It was inspected and approved .This process was done 4 days back .Still now, I haven’t received soft copy .I have been speaking to customer care executives for the soft copy. Every time they say that I would get it in 2 or 3 hours.so far 3 days have gone.I couldn’t take my car out even though I paid insurance .What a worst service it has . I would never take any services from policybazaar or I don’t encourage people to take services from PolicyBazaar.
