Polka Bakery is very near to my college and so on this 2nd March, I had to buy a cake at last minute from there as it was a friend’s birthday and I had totally forgotten about it. This bakery is a little pricey so I used to avoid buying anything from here but since it was last minute, I had no other option. I got a black forest half kg cake for Rs. 400 that was a little over my budget other than the gift. Still since I had no other option I had to buy it which I regretted every single second after I had a taste of it. The owner was very rude as well. I bought a packet of balloons, few birthday caps and candles and everything and when I asked him for an extra bag to keep that stuff separately from the cake, he gave me an angry look and then told me to keep everything in the single bag only. I told him that I’d pay the extra charges for a new poly bag after which he agreed to get me another one for Rs. 10( not kidding) . I would never ever go back to this bakery again and do not recommend anyone to get especially cake from there.
