::About Pondichery::

Pondichery was under the rule of France at about 250 years. The effect of the French culture its building is very much alive in this city. The roads, city is like some of the cities like southern France. Proper city is very neat & clean.

The main city is oval shaped.

Though the name of some roads of Pondichery are French but the French culture are not so powerful in the former French territory. Rather Tamil and English is the main language here. Only the word ?Ru?(English=street) and the Kepi(cap of French police) and red belt is remembering the French effect in the culture of this place.

The Bay of Bengal is very interesting in this part of the world.
