Hi, bought a 3+1+1 wooden sofa. Within a few months polish started peeling off. In the last 6 months it has become more and I wanted them to repair it as it was under warranty.

1. many calls had 1 ans: Carpenter gone on holiday and call later

   
   




2. complaint then taken twice and when I went there the fellow asked me for a copy of the bill.said he forgot

   
   




3. took the goods and said will retun by 5th oct 2011.calling them and now says puja hols, fresh order delivery pending and will take another week+. Asked him what I have to do for seating till then - No ans

   
   




4. Says raining and polish not set so the delay. It rained only from sep 29 in blore and he kept fudging.

   
   

Owner not to be found though when taking money insisted on paying upfront.Diwakar, Vijay disappear when I call for details.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FELLOW.NOT WORTH THE TIME AND PH CALLS AND WE RUN OUT OF PATIENCE.
