It was a very disappointing experience for me to stay in this hotel for 2 days and have food there. I searched and booked this hotel through an online app. I chose this hotel as it was very near from my venue.
I was welcomed well in the evening and was given a AC Room. The room was very spacious and very well maintained. The bed was comfy and I wanted to take rest after a long journey. So I slept without having my food and next morning I ordered the breakfast as it was complimentary and the cook came with the menu. I ordered south Indian food 4 idli and one sambar.
It got delivered within 20 minutes and I started to have my food. I was average and was edible. Then after some time while dipping my idli in sambar and taking it towards my mouth I noticed jet black hair in it. I was very disappointing for me.
I called the room service and they apologised . They just requested me to wait for next 10 minutes while they give me another fresh breakfast.
They should look after their cooking area so that it remains clean and more such cases don’t happen.
