I have had the worst moving and packing service ever.
I moved from Pune to Bangalore and in the move the main central hydraulic plank of my bed is missing.
I have raised the ticket with porter for over a week and there is absolutely no response not even an update.
I will have to buy a completely new bed because of this.
If this is not resolved soon, I’m going to lodge a complaint with NCH.
