We ordered a 2 wheeler for dropping a parcel from kharar to mohali. Courier took ages to show, he demanded 50 rupees extra because he got lost / roads were bad. I gave him 30 extra, paid 150 instead of initial 117 fare. When he finally arrived at family to drop the parcel (thank god he did) he told a sob story about he didn’t have any petrol and blablabla. He needed to be paid 200. Which our family member unfortunately did. So he got 350 for a 117 ride. We tried to complain, but couldn’t reach the customer service. Stay clear from this Porter app and go for Swiggy or zomato...
