I had a very disappointing experience with Porter’s courier service. I used their service to send a package from Bangalore to Rajasthan, and the delivery was supposed to happen within 2 days. However, it has now been 10 days, and there has been no communication or response from their side regarding the status of my package.I have tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but all my efforts have gone in vain. They have not provided any updates or solutions to my problem. The package they lost contained items worth 5000 rupees, and this has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.Their lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Porter’s services if you value your time and money. This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I hope others can avoid going through what I did. Please do not trust Porter with your valuable items; their service is extremely poor and unreliable.
