I had shifted house items in bangalore from one location to other. First thing I had booked my house shifting on 1st may on 5 pm. Then his channel parther told He will come late first he told he will come around 6.30 pm and he told me if porter customer service person will ask then say I have requested to change . Other wise he told he cant do this . As I have told my owner I will leave house on 1st may. I dont have any other option. But I tried to call porter customer care. everytime it say customer service will call shortly. but no one called.
Now After 7 pm this guys told me he is on traffic it will take another 40 minutes. Then on 8pm also he told again it will take another 25 minutes.He came around 8.35 pm.As we have already packed except kitchen items, But This guy told he cant take all items as there is no space and told you have not mentioned chiller items. Problem there is no support from porter if you call also.At last This guy completed house around 11.30 pm. and I spet another Rs 1000. 00 to bring pending items which he left and left plants which I had mentioned on item list.
First thing all items I had packed in different bags except some kitchen items.
Actually local packer and movers came he checked and he was giving offer on same price but on 2nd may morning .
