Porter scam + Pathetic service

Hi Porter,


I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the porter service I experienced recently. I had reported an issue on 26th July 2025, and I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention.


Order ID - PNM45887744


Bill amount - Rs. 5401.20


The Issue:


The porter was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but it arrived around 5:30 PM despite multiple calls and raising concerns with customer care. I was assured that due to the delay, a discount of Rs. 500 would be applied, and a revised price would be sent. However, the revised invoice was identical to the original amount.


Since the shifting was completed around 9:00 PM, I had to pay the full amount, as I was unable to reach porter customer care for resolution. Despite repeated attempts yesterday and today, the customer care representative I spoke with stated that discounts cannot be provided after the service, and her manner was unprofessional and inattentive.


I am extremely disappointed by this lack of assistance and professionalism. I am also raising this concern via email to escalate the matter, as I believe such issues should be resolved amicably and efficiently. I kindly request that higher authorities review the conversation records and ensure that promises made to customers are honored, and that customer service staff communicate politely and respectfully.


This experience is very disappointing, especially considering my long-standing relationship with Porter. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
