I had booked a shipment from indiranagar to bomenahalli (near budigere cross) roughly around 17 kms, by 5.15pm. It can be covered in less than an hour, even during peak hours but was delivered by 10.20pm. In between I tried for support thru the app but no option of the current shipment in their menu..... but the message in the chat came that someone will call back. Even after the shipment was delivered nobody has called. Please be careful whoever is sending some urgent and impirtant parcels.
