They promised to deliver my courier between 6-7th August and courier was not delivered uptill 9th. It was already conveyed to them multiple times through email, messenger chat and calls that this was an urgent courier despite which they did not bother. Funniest part was they did not bother to respond to our mails also for long. Our calls are also going unattended. I doubt they intend to give deliver our parcel.
Since we were travelling out and could not connect with them and still they were least bothered to make an attempt to contact us and revert to our mails.
Highly irresponsible services.
I would not recommend anybody for porter.
