Here is portronics 500gb wired external hard drive is not user friendly its surface and appearance is very strange and not feeling comfort with this device and according to its price it is worthless there is no value for our money . its service and support is also not good but they are trying to improve it and focus on customer’s satisfaction and their product reliability in my opinion if they cut the price of their product and make their product reliable and focus on customer satisfaction then they are able to sell their product at their own price but the product which cannot give us satisfaction and then it is sold at higher price is not good.
