Pothys is very famous for it’s wide variety of dresses even though the cost is a little bit high and the place is over crowded.
I went to Pothys T Nagar for Diwali purchase with my father and my daughter.
.When we went to the readymade section, the staffs left us unattended.Even when we asked some doubts like size and other selections, they told us to look by ourselves.They did not help us in selection.
We were left to take the dresses and we selected two and took it to the billing counter.
There one arrogant staff of Pothys behaved rudely to us.He said that we are not supposed to stand in the billing counter.We should stand in a corner , waiting for billing and come in the counter when they summon us.I was shocked by such rude behaviour.
After we finished billing we went outside the shop, in between a watchman standing near the landing of the second floor steps, stopped me and checked our shopping bags inside out as if I were a thief and had stolen something.I am planning to complaint the management of Pothys, even through I doubt whether it will be of any use.I will never shop there again.
