I am not addressing this review to Chevrolet car dealer, Bokaro city. I want to review it on Ranchi chevrolet car dealer. I went there thrice. They called me over phone saying that my Demo travera neo3 car has arrived there for which I had demanded a test ride. But they showed me an old travera car instead standing on the road and which belongs to another person. I was upset and dropped my idea of buying . This was really hopeless.
Ranchi chevrolet showrooms are lacking in Demo cars of high range. The dealer agents say to book in advance and found themselves helpless in giving a test ride to their customers before purchase. This need to be improved.
