Power zone gym is a main gym in the lucknow city. Many people come here to maintain their fitness.
But the trainer is not good at all in the gym.
Every gym needs a trainer who should have the knowledge of a lot of exercises. But here in the gym I did not find this. Trainer does not know the exercises himself so he cannot demonstrate us the exercises to us.
There is not a lot of weights and machines in the gym. Since the gym has a big crowd so due to lack of machines we have to suffer. The fees of the gym is also high. I am giving two out the five stars to power zone gym.
