One of the doctor was not available and then I dropped a mail to Practo prime to give gift voucher as advertised in their website.
They did not give the voucher but now blaming me that I visited a wrong clinic or I did not visit at all.
I gave up on them, how can I prove that I visited the clinic and visited the right one on time.
Also, this spoils relationship between doctor and a patient. They put themselves in between and try to prove their worthiness.
Better to call the doctor directly or clinic directly for appointments.
Update after one day: Doctor himself intervened and got Practo to give me the Gift voucher. Thanks to all!
