Yesterday out of desperation I thought of seeking consultation over Practo hoping to get immediate answers to the medical questions I had but to my utter disappointment I simply lost 300 bucks. the chat window opened but was unable to type anything. I immediately raised a ticket asking them to resolve the issue but neither the ticket was resolved nor I could get any consultation.
it’s a new technical way of begging. please do not fall into their trap better spend the same money in any good clinic/hospital around you.
