Dear Mr. Anirban,
We have gone through your mail as well the photos you have sent to us. As you can see that the tile broke while making the last of 4 holes required for the Dado rod fixing. The previous 3 holes bear testimony to the fact that we have not used any wrong practice in making any of the holes. Moreover the tile in question did not have cement filled behind it properly which is the real cause of the breakage. It is impossible to check if the tiles is fixed properly or not before drilling the holes.
So bearing in mind the above information I suggest you take up the matter with your builder. We will not be able to replace the tile for you. Also, once the tile has been replaced we will do the marking and you can get the holes drilled by your builder to avoid repeat of such an incident.
Regards, Prateek

Dear Mr. Prateek, Just to bring your kind attention that today your technician broke(width 11 inch) a tile at the wall while installing DADO Rod. Without replacing this broken tile, DADO rod installation can not be moved forward. Only fear is that replacing this tile will be more challenging as it is attach to Granite, Base unit and next to Semi appliance unit. Just to let you know ONE End Holder is already installed and this incident happened after that. Please see attach pictures to get better understanding of this problem. Please let me know when this broken tile will be replaced and Kitchen installation will be completed along with greasing all kitchen drawers(Your technician told me to complete this greasing work after two days even after my request to complete all work by today).
