I booked Pragati movers and packers to shift my house hold items from Bangalore to kurnool on may 31 , 2023. Customer rep roshni was polite till she got the payment. I made full payment in advance as i trusted her. Once they get the payment they dont give a damn about you. My stuff was not delivered separately as she promised. It was clubbed into another container which was not allowed into the town. The driver stopped on highway and called me. I drove to the highway and we found someone to unload the stuff. I unloaded my two wheeler on the highway and ran back home to get the keys to drive it home. No còolies were sent to unload and when i called suresh singh, he replied rudely saying should we send lot of people to unload, unload yourself. Worst behavior from SURESH SINGH. I soiled my clothes on highway and unloaded my stuff.
They are biggest cheaters and frauds. Never hire them for anything.
