Room quality: we were actually planning for any resort here to spend a weekend with our loved once.and somehow we ended up going to this resort.and trust we are very disappointed with the service and room we got here.we were expecting so much from the rooms here but these people have the worst maintenance of the rooms and the beds also so not comfortable and not neat at all.in bathroom also from the shower the water doesn’t come.you will only have to take the water in the bucket and use it.
Guest services: as soon as I entered this place, I was expecting some one to come and receive us but there was no one to tell where should I go and whome to ask as well.i was fed up as soon as I entered.
Food and presentation: we ordered some veg curry woth roti and all.but it wasn’t fresh at all and we struggled a lot to complete the food.dint feel likr eating at all.
Ambience: the ambience at this place one of the worst parts to be mentioned.the swimming pool available here is not maintained and not at all clean.you will feel disgusted to go and have a Happy swimming here.
Value for money: for the money you spend here you wont get a half of it as well.just waste of money.
