Yesterday I received the car Insurance with updated address. Today I received a call from Pratham and they apologies for the happened problem. He assured me that these kinds of problems will not happen again.

Pratham motots may not be good for renewing the Maruthi insurance.
Try to renew my car insurance thru’ pratham. I asked them to change the address while giving the cheque and asked them to send the document to my office address. But nothing happend as I asked them. From the past 3 days I am following it up with them. No use. These people can talk nice, but I don’t know wheather they can understand what we tell.. :-(
If you give a job to them
Follow up every hour
They will keep on ask the same questions again and again so be patient
Work will not be completed in time as they agreed
