I brought a Swift LDI from Pratham Motors, Bangaloer about 2 years back that’s on Feb 2007, and my experience so far with Pratham is very very bad. First two services they just washed my car and when I informed about the issues they asked me to get the car back to service center and fixed. Pratham billed me both the times on some pretext or other, milking money is their sole aim. Had couple of customers talking about not replacing engine oil when needed.
Couple of times I have asked for some accessories and the service rep told me "Its a different department", I tried to complain thinking its a ISO 9001 company probably there could be some responcible person.I was proved wrong.no body bother to care.
3rd service onwards I went to Bimal Motors, Bangalore, they are better.
Then came the calls for insurance renewal and surprisingly I found they are quoting Rs. 200 less price and when I enquired about the vehicle IDV Pratham works out is 3, 20, 000 and others like New India or Tokio IFFCO its 3, 33, 00 for marginal difference of couple of hundred. I think they are not fair to their customers.
