My service experience

I have a Baleno Vxi its done 20000 Kms. Last week I dropped in for my 4th Paid service at Pratham Motors on Outer Ring Road Bangalore.

I had a few complaints in my car. All of the complaints were attended and they were rectified. I have bought this car here. I have got my car serviced a couple of time here.I am impressed with their service all the times. I have recommended a few friends here and they are also very happy.

The car is running as smooth as a butter sliding on the hot pan. I can feel the difference.But there is a drop in the FE. I am not sure why. I will test it again and then let them know. After the service they call up and find out how the car is performing after the service. And if there are issues, they send the service people to our place and get that problem rectified.

Maruti cars are always reliable, and with the excellent service from Pratham motors it makes even more reliable. Keep up your good work Pratham motors.
