I am a disappointed customer of Maruthi showroom located in kormangala 1st time when me n my husband visited the place they treated ok by providing the relevant details regarding our car exchange....after discussion they took our car and sold to others and said we will receive our car in 1month as per our colour requirement....later they started calling and kept postponing the date of delivery and they made us keep visiting the showroom again n again it’s completely opposite side from where I stay....then atlast they said they can’t process the loan giving some nonsense reasons ...that reason was not at all informed to us at the beginning.. .we were frustrated n asked them to give us our car but they refused n said it’s already sold....but they deliver new car how can they sell our car? It was hectic for us without car.. cancelled all our plans it was going on for 2 to 3months....n
They dint deliver the car nor the amount for selling our car for...upon that they were so rash over the phone...they said will call back but they never did...when we call and ask for the guy who was dealing with us ...they use to say he is not available...but when we got frustrated n visited the place that guy was available there they were lieng as he is not there...i really hate that place.....they spoke rashly with me aswell they don’t care even if it’s women talking to them.....got our money after 2 and half months till then no money nor car...now we own a new car from TOYOTA BRAND awesome brand from TOYOTA n Im no more Maruthi customer I’m happy with Toyota good people n car but people don’t for exchange with Maruthi.. ...
