In india its safer for a pretty gal :D to walk down a deserted road at 11pm than for a bike to be left at the auth workshop without the owner :-)
pratul honda is one pathetic service center - so are a few more dealers I’ve checked. they don’t how to diagnose a problem and end up telling stories which will wake up those Ripping :-)
pratul honda had the guts ;-) to charge me for repairs [ for a complaint which was attended to after sending 4 emails to honda HMSI] when my bike was just 10 months old and still under warranty -- and there was someone sent by honda to the dealer to supervise the repairs and get feedback from me.
But that guy was busy drinking the free tea and eating biscuits ;-) ... and btw I had to blast the service supervisor and dint pay them a penny.. growl. Honda makes great engines and pathetic service workshops..trust me - never take your bike to the ’show’room ... scout around and you will sure find a good mechanic in your city for honda activa/dio.
The prob with the’show’room guys is -- honda sells a LOT of activa’s/dio’s and hence the service center is always Full and they don’t pay any attention to your complaints/bike ... or you could try talking to a mechanic at the showroom and ask him to come over to your place and get it repaired personally [make sure you identify the right mechanic :D]... taking your bike to the ’show’room is like a fresher entering college ;-) ... but trust me honda dio is an awesome bike -- vroom vroooom pom pom pom vroooom - just love mine!dio til I die :D :D
