Recently I got paid service done from this dealer.What I can say is the worst ever service no better than roadside mechanics.My bike became irresponsive in less than a month.It did not even start up and I faced worst situation of calling a mechanic at home to atleast kichstart it.Also to my surprise it came to my notice that some of the parts wchich were well off before the service were also replaced with junk parts which are now creating this problem.
Also when I asked to meet the concerned branch manager I was told by the supervisor that there is no such person at this branch.I would like to post this message to the higher authorities who hold the flag of reputation of being the best automobile companies in the world.I never expected such a irresponsible act from a reputed dealer of a metro city.I would bring this to your notice that to sustain in today’s market it is important to a bare minimum to be the best service provider.I would therefore request for suitable corrective action.Even having a bike I had to travel by public conveyance.
