Hii. I am using this preethi cafe zest coffee maker in last 2 to 3 months. This coffee maker is not good. While drinking coffee it smells burnt smell. Can’t drink it.
It consumes more electric and some times it gets more heat. Then 8ts not easy to clean the coffee maker. The whole body is difficult to clean.
Sometimes it makes problem in boiling also. It’s not a user friendly product. It’s quite difficult to maintain
Customer service is also not good they not receiving our complaints and repairing it soon. They take time as their wish.
