First when I was brought it was good and as well as fast working machine I got a good expression on this mixer grinder because it was grinding the chutney and coconut very fast and the chutney was very smooth. But after some years it get repaired then I brought to the mechanic he said that the machine parts gets spoiled so he put a new machine parts then I thought it was some what better then other grinders so the viewers who watches can buy these products I brought these product in 2011 and it gets its first repair in the year 2015 so Iam satisfacted on these product . The bad thing about this product is it uses more electric current and the good point is it gets less repairs
